We’ve got the perfect look to go with those flirty summer dresses and colorful crop tops this season! Glamourblogger and Makeup Artist Extraordinaire Sylvina Lopez teaches us how to do a sultry neutral look that is anything-but-basic on resident glambabe, Angel.

1. Prep: First prep the skin by moisturizing and priming, I
worked in a thin layer of the Maq Pro Makeup Mixer to moisturize, then I patted
in some Rimmel Stay Matte on the T-zone.

2. Illuminate: Then put a thin layer of the Pixi Flawless
Primer
, before foundation, to give the effect of a glow from within

3. Foundation: Then I used a flat top kabuki / buffing brush
and I worked in a layer of L’oreal True Match foundation which is a medium
opaque coverage foundation. I buffed the foundation on circles all over the
face and then dabbed in areas that needed more coverage.

4. Eyes: I used the Pop Beauty Bright Up Your Life palette
to emphasize the eyes. Washing a shimmery shade all over the lid and a neutral
brown blended in the crease.

5. Brows: For a softer but still defined brow I used the Pop Brow Shape and Shade with a fine angled brush to fill in and add some texture.

6. Liner & Lashes: I buffed in a black gel liner pencil
into the lash line and put the Eye of Horus Sahara Nude on the Waterline. To
open the eyes up more I gave the lashes a good curl and two coats of mascara.
To finish the eyes of I put some Dolly Wink half-lashes for hassle free
definition.

7. Conceal & Powder: I used the L.A. girl Pro Conceal to
color correct any dark shadows and clean up any fall out. I then set the base
by pressing the RCMA no color powder in with a velour puff.

8. Strobing and Contour: I then defined the face by using a
small powder brush and blending in the Pixi Natural Contour Powder. I focused
on the hollow of the cheek, temples/forehead and the jaw. To highlight, I
tapped a bit more of the Pixi Primer and topped it with the Ofra You Glow Girl
Highlight
using a fan brush for a more dramatic glow. I also used a small
pencil brush and put highlighter in the inner corner of the eye.

9. Lips: Lastly, I mixed two Pop Matte Velvet Lipstix, Novel Nude and
Sienna Spice
, to get a lovely peachy nude that really complimented the golden
tones of the entire look.

Sylvina

This season’s go-to look includes healthy-looking, bronzed skin and whether you’re off to a meeting or brunch with friends, this no-fail #FOTD gives a natural radiance that’ll surely cause second glances!

1.  Prep: To prep the skin I mixed some of the Pixi Flawless Primer with a moisturizer to hydrate and give the skin a golden glow.

2.  Base: I then worked in the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation with a flat top kabuki brush. This foundation is thin and seamless on the skin and gives a really nice dewy finish.

Bold & Beautiful Brows

Bold and beautiful brows make such a head-turning FOTD. If you don’t believe me, ask Cara Delevigne or Lily Collins! Defining your brows is quick, easy, and it frames the face nicely. Here’s a simple tutorial on Bold and Beautiful Brows.

1. Brow makeup is easiest to do when your brows are tidy. Make sure to clean them up! Once they’re neat, time to fill in those brows using BYS’ Liquid Brow Pen. I love that this suits most skin tones, and is easy to control.

2. Keep your eye makeup really simple to draw more attention to your brows. Using the BYS Matte Eyeshadow, I applied a light brown shade just to give a bit of definition to my eyes.

3. I also subtly contoured my cheeks using the BYS Contour and Highlight Kit.

4. Last but not the least, I swiped on the BYS Matte Lipstick in Latte to Go. The nude shade really balances out my look and draws more attention to my brows.

And that’s my Bold and Beautiful look! Want to make a statement without going overboard? It’s all in the brows, Glambabes!

XOXO,
