It might be flu season because were taking pink eye to a whole new level. Who knew it could look as fresh and pretty as the ones spotted at the NYFW and the 2016 Emmys? Here’s how to rock this fresh take on pink-colored lids.
Mac head makeup artist for the Tadashi Shoji show, Pep Gay kept this look fresh and glossy by using lipstick and gloss for a gorgeous sheen on the lids. Here’s how you can cop this look and how to make it last throughout the day.

Prep the lids and use base. The glossy color needs something to stick to to last the whole day and you need dewy and flawless looking skin to pull off this look. Try Pixi H2O SkinTint as base and conceal dark circles and pigmentation with Ofra Signature Contouring and Highlighting Cream Foundation Mini Palette.

Apply Color using pink and magenta hues. You can opt for a glossy pink color like Pixi Succulent Lip Twin in Coral Camelia or if you’ve got oily lids, you can use pink eyeshadow from the Pop Beauty Bright Up Your Life Palette in Bright Delight or a pink colored liner like Pop Beauty Kajal Pen in Flirty Fuschia instead. Top it off with a tiny amount of clear lip balm or gloss to keep the look on trend or skip this step if glossy lids is not your thing. Try Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm in Comfort Clear or Pixi Liplift Max.
