The most exciting time of the year is finally here, and we’re sure you Glambabes have a lot of beach trips lined up in the next few weeks to come. Need to tone that stomach or shed a couple of pounds? Don’t worry! It’s really easy as long as you eat the right food and stay disciplined. Here are 3 easy steps to getting that perfect summer bod you can flaunt in any neoprene bikini!

1. Load up on fiber and go easy on your carbs.

We’re not saying to stay away from carbs totally, but try to lessen your carb intake and go for better alternatives like brown rice, wheat bread, and whole grain cereal. Try to refrain from eating sweets, too. Eating small, frequent meals a day is ideal because it keeps you from binge eating.

2. Find time for cardio.

Even if it’s just for twenty minutes a day. You can even squeeze in a few crunches and leg raises to tone that stomach.

3. Make friends with fresh fruits and juices.

Try eating more fruits and drinking a glass of fresh-pressed juice every couple of hours to lessen the cravings and keep you feeling full. This will also do wonders on your skin and overall well-being.
